Topic; Affects of diet.
Question; What kind of vegetarian diet gives the most energy?

Background information;
A diet without meat and dairy products helps cut down on the increased risk of contracting illnesses such as: obesity, heart disease, asthma, diabetes and osteoporosis. These are serious health issues that not only affect a person's physical health, but also their quality of life. It has been proven in tests that vegetarians have stronger immune systems, than those that are not vegetarians. Having a strong, healthy immune system helps your body to fight colds and the flu virus, thus letting you escape the sickness that others catch.

Hypothesis;
If I were to become Vegetarian for one month, then my energy would increase. Because, with the body spending less time digesting animal protein, an energy boost is a huge side effect.

Do the Experiment;
A. Do the Experiment.

Conclusion;
In my hypothesis I was in fact wrong. By stating that being a Lacto- vegetarian for about three weeks I have learned that when I was vegan, which was not long ago I had much more energy. Being a Lacto- Vegetarian did give some extra energy, but not as much as I usually had when I was Vegan.
